Elementary - End of Watch

Here, two NYPD police officers were knocked out (off-screen) and taped up. Hands and feet taped, and a wraparound gag (which I'm pleasantly surprised on tv). So the bad guys can rob the armory of the shooting range that the officers are frequenting.
