These scenes are from a TV series called "The Smith". It's following a bunch of criminal doing heists, so it has a lot of tie up and men in uniform in trouble scenarios. UNFORTUNATELY it got a low rating, that it was discontinued, and even worse, the only broadcasted 3 of the episodes. I got a hold of all the other unaired episodes.
